DPC CREAM Rempro 1 x 400ml DPC Damp Proofing Course Cream - Barrier Treatment & Control of Rising Damp in Walls - BBA Certified
  • STOP RISING DAMP – Rempro DPC Cream is an advanced silicone emulsion cream specifically used to control rising damp in all types of masonry walls within properties. Once the cream has been injected into the wall, an effective physical barrier is created to prevent the effects of rising damp, typically known as a damp proof course.
  • BBA CERTIFIED – This product has been extensively tested and approved by the BBA (British Board of Agrement) for use within both new and existing properties. The certification is a vital ingredient for acceptance with specifiers, building control, local authorities & insurers. Agrément Certificate 19/5657.
  • EASY TO INSTALL – Our product is easy to use and requires only a drill and caulking gun for installation. Users should drill 12mm diameter holes horizontally into the mortar joint at a maximum of 120mm centres and to a depth of 10-20mm from the opposite face and 150mm above ground level. Salt contaminated plasterwork should be renewed. Comprehensive instructions are included within the kit.

  • DPC INJECTION PLUGS – Our wall plugs are used when installing damp proof cream into masonry walls or fungicides into timbers. The DPC plugs can easily be inserted into the hole after injection of the cream to create an excellent seal to prevent product leakage. The plugs can be fitted into 10mm or 12mm holes.
  • SAND CEMENT ALTERNATIVE – Wall plugs are an excellent alternative to plugging holes with sand & cement, which often can not match the existing colour of the injection area; this allows for a speedy installation and clean, professional finish.
  • APPLICATION RATE – Quantity required will vary depending on treatment use. For our Rempro DPC injection cream, 100 plugs will cover approximately 10-12 meters or 2.5 400ml cartridges. We have pack sizes available in 100, 200, 500 & 1000.

Damp paint Rempro 2.5kg White Damp Proof Paint - Internal & External Liquid DPM for Water & Vapour Membrane Proofing Applications
  • DAMP BARRIER PAINT – A highly advanced styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), liquid applied membrane paint. This water-based compound can be applied to damp concrete floor slabs, screeds and walls. Suitable for extensions, basements and cellars. Isolates damp substrates for new floor finishes including carpets and laminated flooring. The membrane dries to form a tough semi-gloss finish.
  • USED BY PROFESSIONALS – Rempro damp proof paint can be used as a primary waterproofing barrier on new build basements before installing Ultra GEO membrane and land drain, respectively. This is a quick-drying paint that typically dries in 1 hour. In addition, damp Proofing paint is non-toxic, non-hazardous, solvent and plasticiser free.
  • COVERAGE – A minimum dried coating thickness of 0.6mm is necessary to provide a vapour barrier. For the final dried membrane thickness, a coverage rate of 1.20kg/m² is required (two coats). This corresponds to approximately 1 litre/m². It is recommended that the coats be applied at right angles to each other.
