Deliveries & Returns

Please contact us by email if you wish to return an item. 

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel your order. We will provide you with the return details by email. You then have 14 days to return the item to us. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage.

We only accept returns on unopened and unused products (excluding faulty items). Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty. Once we have received your returned product and deemed it to be unopened and unused, we will refund the product cost to the payment method used when the order was placed.

If you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, or you received an item that does not match its description, we will provide a pre-paid return postage label. Please contact us within 14 days, and we will email you a label.

We will not refund postage costs for orders returned outside of this policy or return postage costs purchased by yourself. We will refund express delivery costs only if the order did not arrive within the specified timeframe, as long as there were no queries on the address or delivery access issues from the courier.
